For motivation during a job search or for other long term business projects, keep photos of accomplished individuals who you admire by your work area. They'll act as your inspiration. For example, in my office I have photos of Ann Richards, Cathie Black, Ella Fitzgerald, and I have a copy of a book of photos called "Wise Women" by Joyce Tenneson.
