Because we value you and your search assignments are valuable to us, at Susan Goldberg Executive Search Consulting, conducting a retained executive search consulting project is not about playing the shell game with executives in our database.

As each client is special and unique, so is each executive search.

It is a focused strategic detailed process that requires diligence and on average requires us to speak with between 150 and 300 unique people to gather their feedback, interest level, qualifications and referrals. Those who pass the first qualifiers have to be further interviewed for the intangibles that would make them the right fit for the position or not. Equally as important, if not more essential, proper consideration must be given to the right fit within your corporate culture.
