Susan has never been a person who has followed the easy way in life, if the easy way meant that she would be bored and unchallenged. She thrives on learning new things and ideas both within work and outside work. Intellectual stimulation fuels her brain therefore she has a wide range of interests and passions. Curious by nature about people and human nature since she was young, Susan has a knack for assessing others without being judgmental, rude or obvious; she appreciates people for who they are. People often open up to her and trust her because she is a good listener, is genuinely interested in getting to know them and is a straight-shooter. Combining all these personal attributes, executive search consulting was a natural fit, which she discovered after a career in marketing.
