
Ms. Goldberg's expertise in entertainment and technology grew from years as a Principal of TMP Worldwide's New York office and a co-founding member of the Communications Entertainment and Technology Practice at Ward Howell. (TMP bought LAI/Ward Howell). Prior to joining TMP/LAI Worldwide, she was a Senior Associate and generalist at NewYork-based executive search firm, Johnson Smith & Knisely where her assignments encompassed entertainment, telecommunications, publishing, information technology, healthcare, financial services, and new media sectors. At that time, she had the most successful placement statistics of the associates in the firm. Earlier in her executive search career, Ms. Goldberg was extensively trained in research and competitive intelligence.
Ms. Goldberg's business background started in the marketing field as the Marketing Director for the sales office of a direct marketing firm. She has also spent seven additional years in the marketing industry including time as a private consultant for health and beauty aid, retail and apparel, and industrial services clients.
Ms. Goldberg received her BA in French literature along with a minor in business from Washington University in St. Louis. She earned her MBA in Marketing & International Business from Pace University in New York City. During her graduate studies, she interned in marketing in Schenectady, New York for GE's Power Generation Services Operations.
Ms. Goldberg is an accredited member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). She is the former President of The Executive Search Roundtable. Ms. Goldberg was a member of the Board of the NY IACPR, the Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters, and held the position of Program Chair.
Outside of industry affiliated associations, Ms.Goldberg is a founding Board member of the EFA, the Endometriosis Foundation of America, a women's health foundation. She continues to be a driving force for the organization. In addition, she is a member of Entrepreneur Organization's Accelerator program of 2009-2010 and she is a Competent Communicator with Toastmasters and serves as secretary to Pacers Toastmasters in New York. She is a contributor to the weekly online publication, "Woman Around Town" within the "working around" section. Ms. Goldberg has also recently organized New York alumni functions for Washington University.
In the past, Ms. Goldberg has also sat on the membership committee of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
